The staff are genuinely friendly, but the language barrier—particularly regarding English—makes communication difficult. The Wi-Fi connection, however, is very poor. “This place is central AC which the local temperature setting is way too hot for customers who come from East Coast North America. Where we come from below zero Celsius temperature and the hotel property is controlling their AC temperature where it’s uncomfortable asleep and I wake up sweating nightly. ”
