“My stay at this hotel was very disappointing and far below the standards expected of a five-star property.
I arrived at around 1:00 PM and fully understood that my room might not be ready before the official check-in time. However, the attitude of the front desk staff was extremely poor. They were unfriendly, impatient, and made me feel unwelcome.
I also ordered food delivery during my stay. The front desk informed me that it would take about 30 minutes for the food to be brought to my room....
