“The owner and staff were great. It is an older building with great character but the bathroom was nice and modern.the premises were clean, the meals good and parking was easy.”

“Alison on reception was lovely, really friendly and welcoming. We are in the restaurant and the food was great. Our room was really nice, had everything we needed. We also had breakfast which was nice and Aimee was really cheerful ”

“Nice welcoming spa/hotel. Room large with plenty of space and amenities. Use of spa ( not treatments) was a welcome bonus, but you need to be out by 10 am and return after 5pm if you are there for a few days if you have the bed and breakfast package only. If you want to stay all day it will cost £70 including a 3 course dinner. Will stay again in the future 😉”

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome – a special mention to Holly, who was absolutely fantastic and made such a difference to our stay. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and really comfortable. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with a great mix of character and comfort. La signora al check in è stata molto gentile, gli altri due ragazzi in reception al check non mi sembravano per niente motivati invece. wifi ottimo.”
