"The home smelled like stale cigarette smoke. There is a bad soft spot in the flooring right inside the front door. The flooring in the bathroom chipped off and poked the bottom of my foot. There were several dead mice in the grate cover of the air conditioner. No grill brush to clean the grill. Everything ..."

"The location and view was great, quiet. Air conditioner didn’t work the second night it was 85 degrees inside, first night was cool outside so wasn’t noticeable.
