“Camera spaziosa, pulita e nuova. Nel abitava dall’ampio balcone. Ero stato qui lo scorso anno con problemi di pulizia in bagno segnalati (può capitare). Ma questa volta tutto perfetto. Aus nel sevizio che nella pulizia. Reception sempre gradevolissima e disponibilissima. Ci tornerò volentieri. Consigliato”

“Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...

“What a wonderful property- beautiful, clean and good location. Christiana was lovely and welcoming. Our room was large, especially by European standards, with a gorgeous bathroom - very luxurious. The breakfast was beautifully displayed, included many special foods we’ve not encountered at other hotels and was delicious. The plentiful free parking made this stay easy and quite a value. “Mycket trevligt hotell. Rummet som var ett standardrum var mycket välutrustat. Personalen mycket service vänlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten fullt tillräcklig. Läget närma motorvägen och lätt att komma till. Omgivningen närma restauranger ,affärer och apotek.”

“Large clean room on front with view of river. Great hot buffet breakfast included. We were able to leave our bags with the hotel after checking out until 2 PM when we boarded a ship for our bicycling tour. Family owned: everyone very nice.”

“Although located a little out of town the location is very pleasant and quiet. Housekeeping is very good. I rented a bike in town for my stay and there is secure parking in the garage to keep it. To bike to town is about 10 minutes; walking 25 but busses are very frequent.”
