Haus am Kleinen Plöner See, vacation apartment on the right

The house is located in Dörnick, a small town in Holstein Switzerland, 3 km from the county seat of Plön. Plön, with its pedestrian zone at the foot of the castle and the surrounding lake landscape, is perfect for a leisurely stroll. The two vacation apartments are located on the first floor of the house, which is surrounded on the west and north sides by both the Kleiner Plöner See and meadows. To the east, gently rolling fields are perfect for walks. To the west, a 2,000-square-meter garden stretches out toward the lake. A boat and a dock are available. Ideal recreational activities include swimming, fishing, sailing, surfing, rowing, and paddling. Here you can relax in the tranquility of nature, listen to the songs of rare birds, and enjoy unique sunsets over the lake. For horse enthusiasts, there are several riding stables in the area. The Baltic Sea coast between Kiel, Fehmarn, and Lübeck is just a 40-minute drive away. In Holstein Switzerland, you can enjoy wonderful bike rides, for example, around the Großer Plöner See.


The vacation rental is located in the heart of the venues for the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival (held annually in July and August). Some concert venues, such as the Stockseehof Estate, the castle and church in Plön, or the Salzau Concert Barn, are just a few kilometers away. Combine relaxing days in the idyllic setting of the Kleiner Plöner See with the enjoyment of excellent concerts right in your neighborhood.

Bed linens and towels are not provided by the accommodation, so please bring your own. The mattresses in the bedroom measure 90x200. The sofa bed measures 120x200.
