The newly renovated, cozy, and modernly furnished vacation rental offers guests the following amenities: - A living room with a sitting area, TV, radio, and a beautiful view of the Mahlbusen; telephone, internet, and Wi-Fi - A kitchen with an electric stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dining area. - A sleeper sofa in the living room provides space for 2 additional guests. - Bedroom with a double bed, - Bathroom with shower (with a small step) and toilet, as well as underfloor heating. - High chair - Storage closet - Parking space available in the courtyard - The laundry room (in the basement) has a washing machine and dryer available for a fee - The beach and swimming pool (seawater outdoor pool) are just a few minutes’ walk away - Restaurants, cafes, and shops are in the immediate vicinity. Pets allowed. Bed linens and towels can be booked directly on-site. Simply contact your host after booking to arrange this. A security deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival. Nearby you’ll find restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful Mahlbusen, a lake that’s perfect for a stroll. The vacation rental is right on the water, where you can go boating or fishing.
