Cozy, dog-friendly ground-floor apartment in a historic Gulfhof in the rural area of Dornum!

This approximately 63-square-meter apartment features a spacious living and dining area with a sofa, dining area, TV, and a bed reserved especially for your four-legged friends. The kitchen, also located here, is very well-equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a separate freezer, a stove, an oven, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, an egg cooker, and a kettle.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m, separate mattresses), a wardrobe, and window screens. In the large bathroom, which has a window facing the inner courtyard, you’ll find a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and a washing machine. An ironing board and iron are also provided.
The spacious garden area belonging to the apartment is fenced in and can also be accessed directly from the parking lot. The patio is equipped with patio furniture and a parasol.

With the exception of the tiled bathroom, all rooms have vinyl flooring. All windows are fitted with pleated blinds.

Dogs are welcome in this apartment and included in the price! However, we ask that you notify us in advance.

In the Gulfhof’s common area, there is a small wellness area with a sauna, infrared cabin, showers, and a relaxation area. A 20-minute session in the sauna or infrared cabin costs €5 each, payable upon arrival.

Ample parking spaces are available in the courtyard. There is also a separate storage shed available for bicycles you bring with you.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this property is available for rent for stays of five nights or more, with no fixed check-in day.

The vacation apartment is located in a lovingly preserved, historic Gulfhof in the quiet Dornum neighborhood of Nesse—just a few minutes from the East Frisian North Sea coast. The rural setting combines traditional charm with pleasant tranquility and offers ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle.

Surrounded by wide-open fields and typical East Frisian countryside, you’ll enjoy a relaxed atmosphere here. At the same time, coastal towns like Neßmersiel and Dornumersiel are within easy reach and invite you to take trips to the sea, go mudflat hiking, or spend relaxing hours on the dike. The charming town of Dornum, with its historic buildings, small shops, and cafés, is also very close by.

The region is ideal for long bike rides and nature walks. Thanks to its convenient location, you can also reach other popular destinations such as Norden-Norddeich or Greetsiel in no time.
