Rooms are clean, staff is nice, and the location is great. The mall is right across the street and there are other places of interest within minutes of the hotel. Our go to when in Grand Rapids.

The room was neglected. The bathroom toilet seat was broken, the bathtub spicket was broken, the table had two broken legs and a round burn mark. The couch was covered in loose hair.
