“Hotel was amazing and owner very friendly. However we booked on Expedia because included free breakfast however owner wanted to charge us $20 pp. we went off site for breakfast. Also couldn’t get the TV to work in the living room, we made the owner aware.”

“Staff was great! Room was ultra basic and need upgrading. We paid $490 to check in at 4pm and check out at 11am. Mattress were thin and seemed to be an afterthought on guest comfort. ”

We stayed at the Cochrane House after attending a couple of sporting events in Detroit. It was so nice to come back to a place that was quiet and peaceful. “the room was very noisy, both from the windows and from the room's door. A lot of noise come from the corridors, when people walking or talking. the most isolated place was the bathroom.”

“OMG this place is the BEST!! Food options are amazing. Try the drinks, salad, onion soup at Le Suprême. Explore the whole joint…rooftop, gym, lounges on 2 and 14. Easy walk to all sports venues. Friendly, helpful. I could live here and some do!”

“Its alright for an overnight stay, just a little dated. Breakfast not a lot to choose from. Only one ice machine for the whole building. Jetted tubs do not work so don't request this type of room.”
