“No AC, had to move by myself to another room, after maintenance staff suggested to just open the windows. Two times there were no towels after room service. The phone to call front desk had a busy signal all the time. Not recommended. ”

“Very distrustful management. I stayed there one week, and booked for a second week after having a conveniently located stay. They wouldn’t let me in after requesting for a bank transfer for their deposit even though the stay was fully paid. My deposit payment was done through the platform they suggested and they wouldn’t let me in until the “pending” international transaction clear which could take up to two days. Such lack of humanity after having flown for 11 hours and have my suitcases there...

“Cama razoável, travesseiro péssimo, muito muito ruido da rua, não consegui dormir, parecia que a cama estava na rua. Havia uma cafeteira e lâmpada na mesa, mas não havia, acredite se quiser, tomadas próximas, ou seja eram meros objetos de enfeite. Chuveiro razoável, mas alagava o banheiro, mesmo tomando cuidado para não espirrar muita água. Toalhas muito velhas e algumas rasgadas. Café da manhã sofrivel e o local do café muito quente, não dava para ficar. Starbucks colado ao hotel, mas também...
