“Disappointed in the Marriott brand. The TV didn’t work and the front desk was less than helpful since they were preparing for a shift change (her exact words). Shabby, dingy furnishings and carpet in the room. Funky smells throughout the property. Hallway and elevators were hot. The cleanest areas were the front desk/reception, dining room and exterior spaces. We dispute the 8.6 rating on the Expedia website and think it sits more accurately at 7.1”

“Well maintained landscaping and property inside and out. Friendly staff. Missed breakfast but the dining area was very nicely done. Room was mostly clean. Toilet paper was not restocked and there was dust on some fixtures. Fan in bathroom did not work. Would not recommend staying on floors 1 or two because the ceilings are thin, meaning that you can hear every footstep or other noises from your upstairs neighbors. Headboards were also loose and loud.”
