“Property in pictures was not property rented. No dock for fishing, bathrrom was completelydifferent. Windows inside and out were disgusting. Stains on curtains and stench throughout. Called owner several times with no response. Dimitry stated, before booking in email that we could drop bags off on way to golf course, then changed. Horrible experience; . We did not stay. I requested a refund at 1030am, September 16. ”

“Nice room comfortable bed the only problem was the TV was not that good too small for distance from bed to tinny of sound”

“They had microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, TV, AC, heater, nice, clean, well maintained room though floor was sticky, their toilet were on septic system so can't flush toilet paper 1 toilet paper roll was given. Motel was located on highway and Rooms where accessible directly from outside no need to go through main door of main building.”

“Suite was homely and cozy, downtown Peterborough is fairly accessible by car, and convenience store right down the road. The property has a beautiful garden visible from the patio with lots of birds visiting for those into birdwatching. Host was knowledgeable about attractions in the area, recommending multiple places for us to visit.”

“Great little place. No complaints. Had a nice breakfast with other guests that were staying there graciously provided by the host. Would definitely come back sometime. Expect a charming rustic vibe with comfy, contemporary TV/wifi set up. Breakfast was really great, everything pretty much felt at home, though we only stayed on night. Only weird thing was we had difficulty getting the bedside lamps to turn on.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. The AC in the room was ok but they had the thermostat right below air vent so it did not stay on long.”

“The Staff members were lovely and helpful, hard working people. Unfortunately, this building is just too old and decrepit - any work they could do is like putting lipstick on a pig. Add to that, Bikers’ Fest in Bobcaygeon! Every room & parking space was packed with party people & loud music. Not nasty people; just there to party. And…it took 2 Staff visits to get the TV functional. It was an experience!”

“there was no hot water and when asked about this the lady at reception said she will let her husband know once he is back after 9 am ! the building is super old , washroom are shared between rooms , NO air condition ! there was a $50 resort fees ... FOR WHAT ??? we paid about $185 per night”
