“The property itself has a lot of potential to be a great place with minimal effort. However, it clearly showed its age. Living room furniture was stained. Owner did provide sheets to cover at our request so we could sit. One of the bedroom window shades was broken and it took owners five days to respond after our request to fix it. As we were leaving day after, we told them not to bother. We also had to ask for additional towels as the ones provided were not sufficient for four people staying...

“Hotel extremely understaffed and overrated, Reception seldom has somebody to support guests, restaurant also incredibly understaffed. Employees are helpful but clearly not enough, when staff cut to the bone service becomes mediocre. This is what focus on cost cutting by hotel owners looks like, cost cutting through minimum staffing is their priority. Very disappointing, not in line with a 4-star hotel.”

“Ganz tolle Unterkunft in einer genialen Umgebung! Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist unglaublich. Er ist riesig, ideal zum Schwimmen und Spaß haben. Die Wohnung ist auch riesig und hat drei Badezimmer. Alles topp. Auch die Außenanlagen sind topp. Der Ort selbst ist wunderbar. Die Einheimischen super hilfsbereit, nett und noch überhaupt nicht durch Tourismus betroffen. Man kann so richtig eintauchen in diese Gemeinschaft. ”
