“The resort, pool, & food were really very nice. However the hotel part of the resort has serious problems. We will not return. It was dark dirty & poorly staffed housekeeping. We had to change rooms due to ant infestation. Spent our stay searching for basics we needed in our room. The dark walkways & poor signage make it hard to find your room. Same for the dark parking lots. Needs total update for that caliber of hotel. Not worth the $. ”

“We loved our stay at the Arizona Inn. The staff was helpful and genuinely friendly. The room was immaculate, and it was heaven sitting outside under the aromatic orange tree on our private patio. We used the pool almost everyday and it was sparkling clean and had a calm, friendly feel.

“The Alice hotel is an oasis for the road tripper. Although a motel, thus is a serious structure with concrete floors and cinder block walls. Our room did not face the highway but although I am a very light sleeper, I did not hear a noise from neighbors or traffic. That was without using the supplied earplugs.
The rooms have been gut-renovated with a Palm Springs boutique vibe. They are still working on some items. For instance the shower glass had not been installed yet and a temporary shower...
