Step into the charming 1BR 1Bath second-floor apartment in a tranquil neighborhood of Dover, NH. It offers a nothing fancy stay close to the historic downtown, Cocheco River, local restaurants, breweries, exciting attractions, and natural landmarks.

As soon as you step foot in this 2nd-floor apartment, you're greeted by the open-concept living area. The living room and the kitchen are the same room. And the entire apartment is compacted into a very small space. Everything is there to provide a quality functional stay but guests please know that the space is small and nothing fancy!
The bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress. I get a lot of positive feedback about the comfortability of the bed but that is subjective.
The full bathroom has a tub/ shower combo and will be stocked with what you need!
The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home also comes with the following:
