“Check-in was smooth and liked the spacious clean room. The agent at the counter was very welcoming and friendly. However, the heating unit was very loud and rattled all night :( If the unit was quieter, this quick stay-over would have been even better. ”

The concierge was amazing and super helpful with all of our questions and requests, from the best place to order a pizza to the hotel to asking for extra shampoo and conditioner for the room. The experience was superior to stays I’ve had in tue past at other establishments. Highly recommended!! ”

“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”
