“This place is dirty and looks like something straight out of 1992. The fireplace was aweful, the hot tub was broke, no robes like they said there would be, room smelled like bug spray, like a regal 8 motel where all the hookers hang out! Room was in a corner which was kinda scary. Bottom line, this place looks nothing like it does in their videos and pictures, the one in Downers Grove is right on a main street and it would disappoint anyone, even a homeless person. Definitely not what I was...

“Every thing was clean, hallways, elevators, toilets, rooms, etc. Had a minor plumbing issue with toilet flushing in room.
All staff I interacted with were very friendly.”

“This place was very different and unique; a true B&B experience. Parking was difficult, but once we got our spot we used public transportation everywhere. The nearest bus stop and train station are a ten minute walk. After we got our room we were given a tour of the property and told of all the amenities available to us (of which there were several).”

“Beautiful grounds. The rooms are on the older side but clean. there were no working ice machines on any of the south tower floors, not sure about the north tower. There were a lot of guests complaining about no ice, so possible both towers.”
