“Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. “This property is very close to The Kitchen Kettle and other fun sights in the Lancaster area. The property was brand new and very beautiful . It was a wonderful location for a romantic getaway. Highly recommended.”

We were doing college tours in the area, like Villanova, which was only 5 minutes away, and at the end of the week I completed the Women’s Philadelphia triathlon, which was only 18 minutes away. Dave was extremely responsive when I had special requests and it is a very safe area. The front bedroom is close to the street so on the weekdays there is some traffic noise but there is a white noise machine to help with that. ”
