“Leon's house worked out great for us. We just needed a place to stay for 1 night as we were attending a wedding. We did not do anything but sleep there so I cannot speak to any shopping or restaurants nearby. It was good for what we needed. It was clean and Leon was quick to reply if I had questions.”

“The apartment was very clean and everything thing we needed was provided. We enjoyed the fresh farm milk, farm eggs, homemade jelly, homemade bread and the beautiful fresh flower arrangement. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal. Dorothy was very friendly and we enjoyed talking with her and her son and daughter. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here. Also we will be recommending it to our friends and family. ”

The facilities are excellent and include a well-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. Highly recommended”

“Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark.
