Hotel a Downswood

“Stanze grandi e ben attrezzate. Uniche pecche: mancava lo spazzolino per il water e la temperatura dell'acqua calda non si poteva alzare più di tanto. Ovviamente si tratta di un hotel autostradale, quindi non si può pretendere che la location sia particolarmente amena, però in generale la stanza era davvero molto meglio della media riscontrata in tutta la vacanza.”

“We had a lovely stay at the Orida Hotel in Maidstone! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with friendly staff who made the experience even better. The swimming pool was a real highlight and a great way to relax and unwind during our stay. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would happily return!”

“L'hotel in generale e una buona struttura, personale disponibile.”

“Staff here are truly lovely! Pet friendly inn in a lovely village setting. Will always use this place as our stop over on the way to France.”

“Checking in was quick all staff were very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very clean. Staff were very helpful with directions we needed. We would stay here again as it was very quiet happy to recommend”

“Great facilities.”

“Posto strategico, ampio parcheggio, visto che eravamo in moto ci hanno fatto parcheggiare in un posto non visibile vicino al hotel, per la sicurezza del mezzo. Un plus alla cortesia del personale della reception. Stanze pulite e confortevoli. C'è la possibilità di una piscina coperta.”

“Overpriced place, with old facilities”

“Posto meraviglioso, colazione british, buon servizio e ristorante buono ma piccole porzioni personale disponibilissimo”

“Will be back”

“Small clean well appointed room in outbuilding. Large free car park. Good WiFi. Friendly helpful staff. No food available on sight.”

“All my needs were met, plus, there was a fridge with proper milk in it for me. Also some breakfast foods and yoghurt, cereal, fruit and all hot drinks with a kettle. I had everthing I needed and had two very good night's sleep. I met the cleaner in the morning and she was extremely friendly and made sure I had my supplies replenished there and then.”

“The room was a moderate price so I was not too surprised that it had a leaking shower and the bathroom door did not shut. The shower curtain was mouldy. Nowhere to put anything down in the bathroom as the only space on the sink had the liquid soap. The soap dispenser on the wall was not used. There was a kettle but no way to get clean cups once the two issued ones had been used. No breakfast available which was frustrating as the nearest cafe is a not very close.”

“Amazing place will be back for sure”
