“I stayed here for 2 weeks and think this would be my go-to hotel anytime I come back to Chicago to see friends and family in the future. The room was clean, which is the most important thing to me. There was more lighting in the room than most of the hotels I've stayed at, which I liked. On weekdays it was so quiet and peaceful. “This is a very clean and nice hotel. It feels brand new and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite. My only complaint was the noise. It seems like when building this hotel, they really cheaped out on soundproofing. It’s right next to the interstate which was loud inside the room, Also, you could hear every footstep in the room above us, and they apparently had young kids who were running around all until almost midnight. “I've been going to this hotel for years, whenever I'm in town. I can definitely tell there has been a change in management. The former manager Brenda ran a tight ship. The hotel was so clean it sparkled, the service was amazing....I mean Brenda hasn't been there in years and not only did she introduce herself to us but i still know her name. This hotel is still good. I will continue to stay there when I'm in town. The rooms are still clean. The pool is broken. One of the elevators is broken....

“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”
