“Personale alla reception eccezionale. Ci hanno dato una camera con due letti per farci stare comodi(eravamo in tre) nonostante avessimo prenotato una con un solo king size. Davvero meritevoli di elogio.”

“Upon check in at midnight, was given the room key to a third-floor room. Elevator was not working, had to walk to the end of the hallway to climb two flights of stairs to then walk back to center of hallway, as our room was near the elevator. My husband wears a knee brace as he is scheduled for surgery next month for a knee replacement. He was in pain duing the walk to the room. ”

“The king suite was absolutely perfect. We had plenty of room to enjoy our visit with family. The breakfast was good but amazing on Saturday and Sunday. Diane is a sweetheart and took great care of us. Only problem for us was finding parking close due to limited handicap parking.”

“They dont have free breakfast so be warned. The AC was terrible. When it was hot outside it was hot in the room. When it was cold outside, same thing. They didn’t bring me any amenities or clean my room the first two days. They told me $300 deposit for four nights (75/night) although I heard the guests in front of me in line were told only 55/night. Not sure why but that was upsetting”

“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“The tv didn’t work water pressure didn’t work, it was like when you turn off a water hose and that little last bit of water gets pushed out, that’s what the water pressure was like. The air conditioning kept turning on and off but it was mainly off and didn’t even get cold. The entire place was so dirty and it had this stink to it too. I had very bad experience with the people staying at that hotel as well, mainly drunk from an event that was going on but the children they came with kept running...

“All the staff we encountered were very nice and accommodating. From house keeping to front desk and in passing the maintenance workers.”

“I would definitely recommend this place. It is very convenient and strategically located if you are doing business in the area but still need easy access to downtown. It is quiet, safe, and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The only inconvenience was that the elevator was under maintenance during our stay, so at times we had to wait longer than expected.”
