“What a great stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable but the staff are what makes this place special extremely friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome on the sidewalk at the front door right through my entire stay Every one from the bar the restaurant, bar, diner, valet, and cannot say enough about the front desk crew extremely friendly and very helpful. I will definitely stay there again.”

“No where did it say “summer hours” on the water slide park and it turns out it’s closed all week and only open on weekends. So water park was fenced off, kids were unable to play. Was very disappointed.”

“The room we were in had a large, visible red stain all over the carpet by the daybed that wasn’t cleaned. The daybed itself was covered in stains, and not cleaned at all. When I pulled it out I found garbage inside it. Next to the daybed itself the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or tended to in quite some time. In the bathroom, there was no soap whatsoever, not for the sink or shower. I had to get soap, towels, pool towels (because nobody was tending to that) from the front desk...

“The Ledgestone is one of my favorite places to stay. It's affordable and close by to important areas when my daughter is in town competing. Our last trip however had some sort of broken bed situation. I'm not sure what was going on. It didn't feel sturdy. Every time we get back from competition it's usually about 11 PM and there's no one at the front desk.
