“Elevator was broken when we arrived. They only had one. Had to climb to the 4th floor with luggage. Room was not super clean, moved an ottoman and there was all kinds of trash and food underneath. Pillows are horrible, might as well not even have them. Had to go buy our own pillows. ”

“We booked a room with a king size bed. All king size rooms have outside entrances. Wasn't great, but was clean. Staff was not super friendly. 2nd night we returned to our room to find water coming in under the wall, floor was wet. They moved us to another room, which, of course involved packing, moving and unpacking at 11:30 at night. I expected a refund of some sort. At checkout, I was told that they would talk to manager and let me know. Said they'd call me in about an hour. Never called. Bad...
