“Great place to stay. Very clean and well managed. One block from the shops and restaurants in Bryson City. Older motel but we appreciated the warm welcome and a clean place to stay and everything was in working order. Small shower. Water pressure was adequate. Only thing I didn’t care for was the extra inside deadbolt or chain was missing from the door. We like the extra door lock. Would stay there again to be close to town.”

“Yes, the breakfast menu was good. Desk staff, excellent. Room, clean and comfortable. Liked having a tub in the bath. Also nice to have an additional sink outside the bathroom where the frig and microwave are. Bed comfortable and a/c not too noisy!”

“Just adequate. Room was clean, but smelled moldy. Property is dated and off the beaten path. Low volume day we were there. Skeleton staff had to wait for someone to come check us in. Was out of waffle mix. No protien offered with breakfast. Seems like they are barely hanging on, but doing bare minimum still. Not a plan for success in my opinion. ”

“We stayed in a Hemlock Bungalow. It was superb. The bungalow was perfect for a weekend getaway. It was clean, and quiet. The amenities of the NOC were great as well. The staff that we interacted with were professional and extremely helpful. Overall my wife and I were very satisfied with our stay. The only negative I have was the shower fan didn't vent well and the shower design gets the bathroom floor very wet. Regardless, I recommend a visit.”

“I had to switch rooms. These rooms are absolutely disgusting. The only clean rooms available were the cabins. Pictures are great on the website! In person, dirty! Room at the end (28) is located by someone living out of a C-Container and a camper with possible access from their company or his to our vehicles. Don’t book here by online, go see the room first before you book.”

“The mini houses are uniquely decorated and very clean and comfortable. The host is wonderful and went out of her way to communicate with us the check in process.”
