“Check in was quick and the room was clean but there were issues. The AC in the room seemed to only have two settings freezing or blowing out warm air and made a noise when the fan stopped blowing that made it hard to sleep. the bathroom pipes made a loud clicking noise that sounded like our rv water pump. They were out of creamer for the coffee and sold out of sunscreen and the restaurant was closed for two mornings even though we paid extra for the free breakfast. The pool was so small, right...

“Another great stay at The Valley Ho! The highlight, as always, is the staff—Brendon, Carlos, and the valet team were welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, and the front desk made our early check-in effortless.
The rooms are spotless, and the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The food and drinks at the bar were excellent, and a big thank you to Verg, Andy 1, Andy 2, and Sam for the outstanding service.
The team here truly makes the experience—we’ll definitely be back...

“There are no blinds that go down all the way to darken the room, so it was always somewhat light and impeded sleep. Also, the sliding door to our bathroom was broken so the bathroom door couldn't be closed at all.

“This hotel offers a cheap yet good quality accommodation option near Phoenix downtown (~10 mins walking from the city center). The room was comfortable and silent, Wi-Fi works well. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and available for any issue. Free breakfast offered every day from 6.30 to 9.30 am.
I would definitely recommend staying here. ”
