“When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. “Might be the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at. Loved the tall ceilings in our room. Everything was clean. The ice maker worked. The ac was cold. The bed was comfortable. It was a little more expensive than I had wanted to spend but totally worth the extra cash. Especially since I was with my wife and can be a little picky.”

“I booked a stay at the Motel 6 Columbus, GA – Columbus Airport location through Expedia. While initial check-in was okay, management later claimed that my reservation details had completely disappeared from their system.
Even after I showed proof from my bank statement verifying payment for both the room and the $50 deposit, management refused to return my $50 deposit upon checkout. No valid reason, itemized receipt, or damage claim was provided, and there was zero attempt to apologize or...
