“Checking in was a disaster!!!!
They didn’t know how to process my Expedia reservation. It took an hour to check in. I had to get help from Expedia chat to help with the process.
Wanted to cancel reservation during the process but Expedia would not comply.
Reservation supervisor was cold and unapologetic!”

“Room was fairly clean. Large stain on carpet and the only chair was very stained. Floors were sticky. Phone did not work. Potatoes at breakfast were room temperature. Waffles were excellent. Eggs were room temperature. Staff was very friendly, especially check-in person, Carol, who was very accommodating and helpful. She was a shinning star for Hampton Inns.”
