“It was a great little vacation for me and my family waterpark was the best we were playing in there all day and then when the room was ready, we went up to our room got all our stuff in there and went right back down to the waterpark. Everything was great.”

“Worst hotel experience in my life. When I walked in the lobby there were two cats loudly meowing behind the counter. There were two other families in front of me waiting for their rooms. A fourth family showed up after me. The lady working there took the cats outside and never returned. The only other person working was on a phone call for over 30 minutes trying to figure out if there were any clean rooms left before he finally gave a room to the family who showed up AFTER me - the same double...

“The water pressure in the shower was pathetic and I got cold while I was showering. It was barely enough to keep me wet at all. Then when I got out the towels smelled disgusting and I had to drip dry. The hair dryer was broken. The bed was lumpy. We were charged and exorbitant amount for a scrambled egg and some hashbrowns and when we spoke with the manager she was rude. I've never paid so much money for such a yucky place. Also, I thought this was a resort and there was zero resort amenities...

“The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything was really good except for the bathroom. The tub appeared to be the original one from the 1980's (?), with the seal discolored and somewhat detached. The sink was mostly clogged where I would have to stop running the water as it filled up quickly and went down extremely slowly. The towels were pretty rough on the skin.”
