“My family and I always enjoy our stay at Hyatt House; we were greeted by Jade and Anthony who we met the first time we ever stayed at this hotel, few years back. It was wonderful seeing familar faces and they remembering us too. The other ladies at reception were great also.
Our room was spacious and clean, having the studio with the kitchenette is helpful especially with babies/kids. Only con this time was the bed, its not terrible but it has seen its time, sunked in when I got in on my side,...

“I love the fact that you literally can do everything here. From paddle boarding, volleyball, private beach, bands, bar, dinning, pools and spas. You couldn’t ask for more. If so you’re literally a few miles from everything else in the area. It’s literally feels like a community here and so peaceful. Definitely my favorite place now. So if you’re looking for an all in one location this is it in St Pete. 5 Stars and then some if I could rate it. Thanks for the fun week guys are awesome”

We had an overall great stay — the property is comfortable, and the ocean view was amazing. The staff were friendly, and the location worked well for our trip. The atmosphere felt relaxed, and most essentials were exactly as expected.
There are a few areas future travelers should know about.
The carpet was noticeably dirty, which took away from the otherwise clean feel. Replacing the carpet with tile would be a meaningful improvement.

“Room was very clean and spacious. Housekeeping staff does a great job.
Outdoor pool tended to be overcrowded and many parents were not closely supervising kids; may be a good time to think about implementing some pool rules, have a pool attendant.
Outdoor bar/staff very attentive, courteous. View is great, and poolside food is good quality. Bar prices are pretty high, but they do run a happy hour each day until 1 p.m. Breakfast was good quality.
