“Nice facility. Quiet and great location next to Safeway. We did have two issues that staff tried to fix. The shower door kept sliding open when showering and the hinges on the bathroom door would give a loud pop everytime you opened the door. They fixed the shower door and but the bathroom door still popped when we left. Staff was helpful.”

“Staff Megan and Kristina at the desk were very welcoming. Its an older building but very nice and the rooms were very clean and maintained. We did have an issue with the AC and immediately we were moved to an upgraded room. They were very professional and extremely apologetic leaving an apology treat for the inconvenience.

“Good hotel, excellent location near downtown Leavenworth. Solid breakfast offerings, a little more authentic than typical chain fare. Room was clean, everything worked, but it would have been nice to have known maid service was request only. We were there four nights and every day we wrongly assumed they’d come the next day. It’s on us for not asking in the mornings, but it’s also a-typical to not have their policy unstated.
Can’t beat the proximity to downtown!”

“Very clean room,staff was very friendly and if you had a question they could help you with the answer, parking is a little tide,the breakfast was missed the bacon (lol) overall the place is awesome, recommend the place to anyone”
