“With smoke filled air we tried to cancel but Orbital & Expedia would not allow. Upon arrival 301 was assigned with no elevator. change was denied staff said there are double railings. WHAT? Fyi-J has COPD, I am recovering from a concussion both in our 70s. Welcome to Leavenworth. Location was not bad but would tell my friends to stay elsewhere. Breakfast was limited you sit outside on rickety picnic set.”

“The beds were comfortable and the staff was great. They were able to print our show tickets which was a great help. I'd asked for an upper floor facing the back, not the parking lot. I was placed on the second floor with a floor above me. It was quite loud in the morning. Facing the back wasn't pleasing, to no fault of the hotel. There is a neighborhood with unkempt lots behind the hotel, so no pretty view. Our room had an outside entrance and was right next to the doors, this was also very loud...
