“Our toilet was clogged when we got there told the front desk, they said they had 1 plunger and it was being used and would send someone up, no one showed up so 4 hours later we seen housekeeping and she took care of it. “This hotel was such a nice surprise and honestly exceeded our expectations. They have been open a little over one year, and everything still looks fresh, clean, and beautifully maintained.
The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the entire hotel was so well kept. Throughout the day, we noticed staff cleaning different areas, from the floors to the chairs and common spaces. You could really tell they care about keeping the hotel clean and welcoming.
