“The room and living space was really great. The heating system is Terrible. The heat all came into one room and left the other bedroom and living area freezing where both kids slept. The hotel really needs to do something about this. Could sleep at all as my wife and I were sweating and the boys were freezing. ”

“We loved the location, the layout of the loft, the kitchen and for the most part the bathrooms.
At this price point, you expect perfection. The beds are adequate, but not as good as a Marriott or Hilton, one toilet ran constantly, as there must have been a small leak, we asked to have it fixed but it never was. It is a who cares complaint unless it is 2am.
Finally, with the fantastic location comes plenty of street noise.
