“We were there for a relative's memorial that afternoon, so had to book Friday night, even though we weren't staying then. One front desk person (May 2 am) wasn't friendly, but was efficient. The other desk person (May 2 pm) was super friendly and helpful. However, it would have been better for the Hotel to have a list of taxi services, instead of solely relying on Uber. It all worked out okay, though.”
