“If you are looking to not perhaps pay as much for The Lodge, this absolutely should be on your radar. The team, rooms, location, breakfast, all the things hit the mark. While I think the remotes likely need to be replaced (as we got the batteries replaced on day 2), due to many thumbs aggressively finding the right channel, that’s still not dropping the 5 STAR rating. We will be back and also for the location, both for walkable options and also a nice river walk, can’t go wrong.”

“This hotel was very nice. My only complaint was there was a glue on nail in the bed. Ew! Lol our room was serviced by Neveah the little card said. Im hoping it happened making the bed and not a previous guests nail. The kids wanted to swim in the morning and they close the pool for chemicals. Inconvenient time considering its open 24 hrs, you would think it would be cleaned in the middle of the night and not "working hours"”

“I would not recommend this property, especially for solo female travelers. The hotel is extremely dated and looks nothing like the photos advertised online. The overall condition of the property feels neglected, with noticeable odors throughout the building and common areas. There are no elevators, which can be difficult if you are traveling with luggage, children, or mobility concerns. Parking was a significant issue.
