Hotel a Dowsby

“Friendly bar staff. Food was good. Chef’s night off and they still made dinner, although they did make us feel a bit guilty for having a friend join us who lived in Bourne. Quiz night, so good fun. Room was clean but bathroom was up some steps which was a bit tricky in the middle of the night. Rooms were quiet. Had a good sleep.”

“Staff were excellent”

“My room was a lovely suite with its own kitchen and sofa. I think furniture lay out could be changed so you could watch TV from the sofa rather than just the bed. My TV didn’t work the first night but the staff fixed it the second night, and offered me another room if they couldn’t. Breakfast was nice and lots of choice. Hot food cooked fresh. “Un hotel vecchie è trasandato con personale gentile ma poco preparato.camera poco pulita e mal gestita dal personale delle pulizie.per il prezzo che ha non mi sento di consigliarlo.”

“Very quiet location close to all amenities. Stairs may be difficult for less able people. Garden could be lovely, with some work. Car park charges have Increased to £7. , not £4.50”

“Excellent room with air conditioning which was a boon. Facilities were also excellent. Breakfast was good and parking on the premises. Would stay there again.”

“Ristorante ottimo. Colazione varia e buona. Ambiente raffinato.”

“I had a very nice three night stay here. Comfortable bed and bathroom, nice breakfast and indeed bar and dinner, helpful and efficient staff and plenty of parking. I will be back for a couple of nights next spring, and will also try other hotels in the chain.”

“Buon hotel, pulito. Comodo per il circuito di PF. wifi ok”

“Albergo "pittoresco" ; arrivi e devi telefonare per farti aprire la porta. Ambiente buio e stretto; scale larghe 70 cm... Nessun hotel in Italia potrebbe essere autorizzato. La camera era fredda e piccola; il calorifero spento. .”

“The accommodation was modern, spotlessly clean and tidy. The location for our requirements was excellent. There was mike and orange juice supplied in the fridge. The only criticism is that the room was very hot and there were no fans and on a personal note the double bed was very small, but these points would not stop us going back. Other than that I would highly recommend.”

“Quirky cottage, absolutely everything you would need for a long stay. Parking is a bit tricky but Sue the owner provides information on where to park. Handy for the Spoons 😊😊”

“returning visitor and will do again - quality yet relaxed great service and food”
