Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that. When we called her again a little later first she wouldn’t pick up, then proceeded to yell at us. At this point we just left the apartment and checked into a different hotel. “The apartment was beautiful and worked very well for us. Elevator access was very convenient. The smells of Bologna (the food!) were amazing.The only negatives were the sounds of the restaurants below. The patrons were happy and enjoyed themselves late into the night. Also -- on Saturdays, finding a taxi service with our suitcases and wheelchair was difficult since all streets in the area closed off for foot traffic that day.”

“Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και σε καλή κατάσταση και σε καλή τοποθεσία.Ελειπε μια καφετιέρα ή καφές στιγμιαίος,είχε μόνο τσαι. Το βράδυ από το ισογείο ακουγόταν υπερβολικός θόρυβος τόσο που μας εμπόδισε να κοιμηθούμε και καλέσαμε την αστυνομία. Μπορούσε να είναι περισσότερο προσεγμενο”
