Nuova villa con grandi vetrate situate vicino al villaggio e offre una vista straordinaria sulle montagne circostanti e sul villaggio di Claviers. La proprietà comprende 5 camere da letto, 3 bagni, una piscina 11m x 5m riscaldata a 28 ° circondata da ampie terrazze attrezzate con 10 lettini e due ombrelloni, una pool house, una terrazza coperta con barbecue, una plancha e un zona di bocce. La cucina è dotata di forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero americano e asciugacapelli. Una lavatrice è disponibile anche sulla terrazza. Wi-Fi gratuito, un sistema hi-fi, un lettore DVD e una TV sono disponibili nel soggiorno. La camera da letto al piano superiore ha l'aria condizionata. Bargemon è un punto di partenza per varie escursioni come le Gorges du Verdon (30 km) con il lago di St Croix, il lago di St Cassien, i villaggi collinari (Seillans, Callian, Tourettes), la penisola di St Tropez (St Tropez , Gassin e Ramatuelle) e le sue spiagge. Senza dimenticare i magnifici campi da golf di St Andreol (La Motte) e Terre blanche (Tourrettes).

The house was amazing, so lovely with everything you could possibly need. Vincent, Patrick and Nathalie were so lovely to deal with and helped us with any questions we had. There were 10 of us staying in the house and there was more than enough space for everyone. The house was amazing and had everything that you could need. We will definitely be back!

We hebben met kinderen en kleinkinderen een fantastische week gehad in deze super mooie villa. Uiteraard was het zwembad voor de kids het hoogtepunt, maar de villa was ook van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk kunnen genieten van de maaltijden aan de lange tafel onder de overkapping bij stralend weer. Verder diverse zitjes rondom het huis en bij het zwembad.De keuken was met alle mogelijke apparatuur uitgerust en qua servies ruim voldoende. Een grote koelkast en dito vriezer met ijsblokjes machine was een uitkomst, zeker als je voor meerdere dagen boodschappen hebt gedaan in Draguignan. De aanwezige gasbarbecue werkte prima..De vijf slaapkamers waren prima voor de zes volwassenen en vier kleinkinderen. De grootste was voorzien van airco wat bij tropische temperaturen heerlijk was. In de andere kamers zorgden electrische ventilatoren voor verkoeling. Ook daar airco zou helemaal top zijn. Kwaliteit bedden primaEn dan ook nog een aparte jeu de boules baan.Kortom een fantastisch huis nabij het idyllisch dorpje Bargemon.Tenslotte was de ontvangst door Patrick en zijn vrouw Nathalie zeer hartelijk. Patrick checkte ook 2x het fantastische zwembad met de robotstofzuiger.Eindconclusie: een top vakantiehuis voor familie met kinderen in een rustige en prachtige omgeving. This is an outstanding property - it is exactly as described and as others have stated the photos don't really do it justice. We had a fantastic 2 week stay here in this beautiful, tranquil setting. Patrick and Nathalie were great: they greeted us on arrival and kept the pool in great condition. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would thoroughly recommend it. If we were looking to improve our stay, some local information (like supermarket locations and restaurant recommendations) would have been helpful.

Beautiful Villa near Bargemon

A beautiful house, modern, spacious and very well equipped - especially the kitchen, where you could really find everything. The owner has designed and decorated the property with great attention to detail. The house has an annex where you can accommodate guests. All bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and modern. The house is located a few miles from Bargemon, although you can get to villages such as Claviers or Callas, which are just as charming - but you need a car. Good for jogging fans: you can run a few kilometres through the hills directly to the right of the house, a wonderful route, especially in the morning. Wie had a great week at this house! Excellent séjour en famille dans un endroit superbe

Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce. Très belle propriété dans un endroit très calme au milieu de la nature, avec une vue superbe. La maison est très confortable et dotée de tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Stunning property with perfect facilities

This is a very special property in a lovely environment. I would not hesitate to return to visit again. Schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool

Modernes Haus mit schönem Pool. Das Haus hat eine gute Raumaufteilung, ist gut ausgestattet und bietet viele Sitz- und Liegeflächen ums Haus. Alles ist gut organisiert und das Haus war sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig. Zum Einkaufen und für ans Meer benötigt man das Auto. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Great hideaway

We had a very good time at Bargemon. Easy contact with Vincent and easy handover. The house is modern, clean, in good condition, very well equipped and in a great and quiet location. Beautiful, well-kept pool (with pool robot) and beautiful views of the area. Sufficient beach chairs and umbrellas available. Nice room layout, good beds, very nice bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. There is a gas grill and an outdoor fireplace for barbecues. For smaller purchases there is a Proximarket in Bargemon. Otherwise there are larger supermarkets in Draguignan (Carrefour, Intermarche and highly recommended Fresh - great selection of fish, meat, vegetables, cheese) or in Tourettes (very good Intermarche). All about 30 minutes driving time. In Bargemon there are two bakers and a butcher in addition to the proxi. A good 15-20 minute walk uphill. By car 3-5 minutes. The pictures in the booking portal correspond to the situation on site. All in all highly recommended if you seek for a quite hideway as good starting point for numerous excursions along the Cote d'Azur (Grasse, Cannes, Frejus, Nice, Antibes, Gulf of Saint Tropez, Gorges du Verdon etc.)

Very nice house in a nice village

We enjoyed our stay, the only improvement we would suggest is some better kitchen utensils. We missed proper wine and drinks glasses, and we had to buy a new kitchen knife because they were all so dull they couldn't really cut anything. Very quick reaction to a small problem with the pool and it was solved immediately so the kids didn't miss precious pool time.

Propriété très agréable et tranquille située dans un environnement arboré près du joli village de Bargemon dans le Var. La villa comprend tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour et se sentir comme chez soi. Sommerurlaub 2019

Wir (2 Familien 4 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder) haben sehr schöne zwei Wochen hier verbringen können. Der Empfang war herzlich obwohl wir etwas früher als geplant angekommen sind. Das Anwesen ist etwas abseits, was wir aber bewußt so gewählt haben. 25 Minuten nach Bargemont und 45 Minuten zum Meer sollten eingeplant werden. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Ebenso super fanden wir die Aufteilung des Hauses. Die Terasse und den Grill haben wir täglich genossen und benutzt. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig überwacht und kontroliert. Aus der Anzeige haben wir entnommen, dass das ganze Haus klimatisiert war. Leider hatte aber nur das obere Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Wir empfanden die Sauberkeit, obwohl es uns bewußt ist, dass das Haus mitten in der Natur steht, nicht entsprechend . Somit mussten wir am Anfang den Staubsauger mit der Reinigung der Ecken und Spinnweben beauftragen. Die Standfüße der beiden Sonnenschirme waren gebrochen und hilten dem Wind und das Gewicht der Schirme nicht mehr aus. Der kleinere Standfüß wurde erneuert, der Größere leider nicht. Obwohl es nur Kleinigkeiten waren die hätten nicht sein sollen, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen (empfehelenswert sind die Nächte am Pool mit dem Blick auf den Sternenhimmel). Ausflüge zu den Schluchten von Verdon (Europas größte Schluchten), nach Saint-Tropes, Nizza oder Cannes sind tolle Ziele für die ganze Familie. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Wir fahren auch 2020 in die Provence.

Nice family vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Vincent's house and felt welcome. Nice welcome present in the fridge so we could enjoy a wine from the region right when we arrived. The villa is nice located and the green plants around the house make you feel relaxed. Nice and well maintained outside area/garden. I appreciate the local housekeeper's immediate assistance when we had a question regarding the pool. Also worth to mention that the pool is heated. Good to have a walk to Bargemon for a coffee or visit local market(s) (approx. 25min walk, check the pathways in google maps [follow Traverse du Lauron and for example Chemin de la Ferrage to have a nice view to the mountains around and a great view on Bargemon when you arrive from the south-west side]. Bargemon has some restaurants of which we tried one last year and the same again this year (Maitre Blanc). We enjoyed it. The little supermarket is also open on Sunday morning, nice after the arrival and long trip to just buy some fresh stuff locally rather than driving again to the next bigger city. There is also a tabac store, bakery and butcher in Bargemon. Worth to chek the opening hours before. Small "negative" thing was the sofa which did not fit 6 (larger) people, though I specifically checked this point beforehand. Might be different if you travel during summer and stay outside on longer summer evenings. During autum with a 3 generation travel group, where you want to spend some time inside and relax on the sofa, got a bit crowded. However there are some comfortable chairs as well. Overall we were satisfied. Rating 4.5.
