“Booked one of the best rooms . The first day I advise that the touch panel of the air conditioning doesn't work properly . The person at the phone confirmed that but he told he can drive the panel form the reception ... and so he did ... so no way to be indipendent in my bedroom . Worst the second night : air conditioning at max fan and no way to stop it not even from the reception . They were able to do that just after 40 minutes turning it off completely .... unforgivable thing for a suite ....

“Lots of spiders in the room, I killed 4 and there were 5 more in the bathroom. However the staff were very nice.”

“From my last trip 6 months ago, I expected to find finally a Doubletree hotel but it's still under construction (planned to be ready from Oct. 2013). It will be connected to Prahova Hotel and it should substitute it. Prahova hotel is really old style hotel, starting from the hall and the room inside. I don't like but it's one of the few hotels of high level in Ploiesti. The surrounding area is not so nice, even if it should be the centre. Wifi free but very slow and poor!!!”
