The Space:

This stylish 103-square-meter apartment offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. The centerpiece is the open-concept living and dining area, featuring a modern kitchen, a cozy wood-burning stove, and access to the terrace. Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the entire apartment.



The apartment features one bedroom with a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and two bedrooms, each with a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed.

Ideal for families or multiple couples.

There is a large bathroom with a toilet, two sinks, a shower, and a tub on the first floor, as well as a toilet on the ground floor and a shower near the sauna.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and much more are available.



Entertainment is provided by Wi-Fi, TV, and board games. Families with small children have also been taken care of (a crib, high chair, and children’s tableware are available).



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, including the terrace (12 sq m) and garden (approx. 80 sq m). Access is at ground level via a private entrance. Free parking is available directly in front of the house.

The property is located in a quiet, rural setting near the beach, perfect for those seeking relaxation. Nearby, you’ll find shopping options and places to grab breakfast. The region offers numerous recreational opportunities, such as bike paths and a local recreation area.



Getting Around:

The surrounding area is perfect for exploring by bike or car. Parking is available on-site. Bicycles can be parked here and e-bikes can be charged (no secure parking available). Bicycle trails are located in the immediate vicinity.

Bedding and towels are not included in the room rate. If needed, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that linen cannot be booked if you make your reservation less than 5 days before your arrival date.
