“Booked this weekend for a relaxing weekend with the family. New owners giving it their all to get this place back in order! They were very accommodating and welcoming. Dock is under repair from storms and they are working with property across the river to get us out and fishing! Room was clean (could have used a back up supply of towels, and more dishes) but easy to overlook due the owners friendly southern charm! I would recommend this stay for anyone! “I love walking into my room and seeing my name on the TV. It's so welcoming. I really like that I got to pick my room and floor. Breakfast was great, the pool was refreshing, and the staff were always smiling. 5 🌟 in my opinion.”

“We stay here just about every summer. Sometimes we book a cabin instead, but we enjoy our stays here. This year it wasn’t quite as clean & there’s a mold issue. Never had this problem in the past. The mold issue is surely caused by guests getting the carpet wet. It would be ideal for the owner to switch to hard floors so people aren’t getting sick. I’m extremely allergic to it so I had awful allergy issues the whole time. I did ask about a cleaner room but he said all the rooms have mold because...
