There are very steep and narrow stairs to go to the room so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues and a lot of luggage. Staff is very friendly and check in was a breeze. Parking is free but a little far from the hotel itself, but still walkable.”

“La stanza ed il bagno sono ottimi, tenuti bene puliti, lenzuola e guanciali profumati, tutto questo spiega il giudizio positivo, anche la colazione merita più della sufficienza.
Tutto questo viene mortificato da:
- accoglienza pessima
- porte aperte su ripostigli in disordine
- cuccia per il cane a fianco del banco della reception, noi amiamo gli animali, ma la convivenza con loro deve essere una scelta non un'imposizione.
- un sorriso, a costo zero, neanche a pagarlo oro
- moquette sdrucita...

“Got a double room with extra sofa bed not on the main building (20 m away on a separate house). Room extremely small for 3 people (no space at all to move around) while bathroom with good shower.
Dogs hair all around the room (from previous guest???) and even bedlinens with holes….
Breakfast just average. Parking on the front street (if lucky to find as we did). Small pictoresque village along the Rhein. Absolutely too expensive (around 140 €) for the kind of hotel, room and location”

The facilities such as the thermal pool were superb and we made full use of them. The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was really clean and comfortable and the food excellent.
