L'hotel è molto bello, affascinante. Camere e bagno grandi, confortevoli, ben curati. Salotti e salottini accoglienti, d'epoca come la struttura. Personale molto gentile e professionale (inglese buono ma non ottimo...), pronto ad aiutare. Alcune camere si affacciano sulla strada, ma sono insonorizzate in modo eccellente. Avremmo prolungato il soggiorno ma purtroppo non c'erano più camere disponibili. Torneremo.

hotel vecchio, manca cassetta di sicurezza, mancano tende oscuranti, scadente la fornitura bagno. Colazione insufficiente, personale molto gentile comunque, prezzo buono. ottimo prezzo per accesso a internet.

Close to everything in Dresden
Just having stayed here last fall for our first visit to Dresden, we picked a great Hotel close to the Dresden Neustadt train station. Our return this December was just as great s our first visit, only longer. our room was perfect for us and the breakfast is more than you could ever dream of. We will return here every time we visit visit our family in Dresden.

TÄMÄ ON HELMI!!! Jo astuessasi sisään, tunnistat kaikesta talon tunnelman. Talo on vanha, mutta se on remontoitu äskettäin asiantuntemuksella. Salonkien sisustus harkittu sekoitus uutta ja vanhaa. Huone ( 2 hengen yhdelle) oli pienen kaksion kokoinen.Ja huoneeseen kuuluva Aula ja kylpyhuone olivat yksiön kokoisia.väljyyttä kuin sviitissä. Vuode unikeon toiveuni. Aamiainen, monipuolinen valikoima. Tarjottiin elegantissa aamiaissalissa. Henkilökunta sydämellistä ja asiansa osaavaa. Ja henkilökuntaa on tarpeeksi. Ei itsestäänselvyys tänä päivänä. Alalla 54 vuotta kuudessa maassa työskennelleenä, voin kiittäen todeta, että täällä on vangittu TÄRKEIN vanhanajan korkeantason hotellin tunnelmasta ja yhdistetty se nykyajan tehokkuuteen: Asiakas kiedotaan hyvänolon vaippaan, mikä saa hänet uskomaan olevansa, jos ei ihan kuningas niin ainakin prinssi.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und elegant eingerichtet. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Ich würde gerne wieder dort übernachten, wenn ich in Dresden bin.

Do not choose the rooms facing the road in Summer.
Check-in was very good, they let us in around 1pm. Our room was facing the road and the train station, which meant when the windows were open, we could hardly sleep. The rooms have no air conditions so in summer you are forced to open the windows. When I told the manager about the issue, she said that the rooms facing the train station have a lower price, which of course is unknown to me, because Hotrel.com did not give me the option to chose a room on the other side. I then asked the manager to give us some kind of a discount, for example free parking or breakfast, she declined, which I did not find friendly at all. I have to advise the guests to make sure not to take the rooms facing the road in summer otherwise you will not be able to sleep. For me, it was very hard, because I had to drive 500 km the next day and not having slept the night before, it proved very challenging to say the least. I believe Hotel.com should make some compensation to us for not giving us the option to chose the right side of the hotel.

Next time you are welcome to book a room with the addition courtyard via Hotel.com, which will ensure you a quiet room on the courtyard side. We assure you that this is also possible via Hotel.com. Our hotel is centrally located, close to the center and in a city, i.e. there will always be a certain level of noise. There is generally the possibility to look at reviews in advance, for example. Of course we totally agree that air conditioning in the rooms would be appropriate. Unfortunately, this is not so easy because our house is a listed building.Nevertheless, we want our guests to go home satisfied, of course. Sehr geehrter Gast,vielen Dank für Ihre gute Bewertung. Ihre Kritik in Bezug auf unsere Lage nehmen wir zu Herzen. Wir werden uns um die Verringerung der Lautstärke von außen kümmern. Aufgrund unserer idealen Lage des in der Dresdner Neustadt, ca. 200m vom Bahnhof Neustadt entfernt, lassen sich zahlreiche verkehrsgünstige Transportmöglichkeiten finden. Die S-Bahn oder bspw. die Straßenbahnlinie 7, die Richtung Altstadt fährt.Wir hoffen sehr Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen uns wünschen Ihnen alles Gute!
