Spacious 200 sqm apartment in villa with garden and WiFi in wonderful Dresden

You will spend the night in 5 separate, lovingly and individually designed bedrooms, all of which can be reached via the spacious hallway.
1. the “Sunflower” bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a large closet and a couch, which can also be used as a sofa bed if required.
2nd bedroom “Veilchen” is suitable for children, but can also be used by an adult. A single bed is available here, which can be pulled out and thus a second bed can be used by another person if required. A closet and painting table are also available here.
3rd bedroom “Lilie” has a double bed, a chest of drawers and an open closet, as well as a couch that can be converted into a sofa bed if required. Adjacent to this room is a loggia with a cozy seating area.
4th The “Kornblume” bedroom has two single beds. A beautiful rustic wardrobe and a cozy seating area are available.
5th The bedroom “Rose” also has a double bed, as well as a sofa bed and a TV. Adjacent to the bedroom is a loggia with a large couch island that invites you to relax.The large dining table is located in the eat-in kitchen, which is generously equipped with a 4-ring hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. In addition to a full range of crockery, pots and kitchen utensils, there is also a kettle, toaster and a filter and Nespresso coffee machine.
Guests have a spacious living room with a sofa area and TV at their disposal. A small balcony can be reached via the living room.
The main bathroom with natural light is equipped with two washbasins, a toilet and a bathtub with a glass shower enclosure. A second, smaller bathroom with washbasin, toilet, shower and washer-dryer is also available.
The apartment is rounded off with a cozy garden seating area in our farm garden, which is exclusively available to guests of the apartment.
Dogs are allowed in the apartment and cost € 15.00 per night. A baby crib and high chair can be booked for € 5.00 per night.
Please note: From 01.01.2024, bed linen and towels are no longer automatically included in the booking price. You have the option of bringing your own bed linen, towels and tea towels or booking a laundry package for €10 per person.
In a quiet residential area, just a few steps away from the Hegerreiterstraße streetcar stop, our guests stay in a dreamlike old building ambience.
You can reach Dresden's Old Town or Neustadt in around 10 to 15 minutes by streetcar or car. You will find stores for your daily needs and restaurants within walking distance. Nature lovers can relax in the nearby forest.
Many beautiful excursion destinations, such as Pillnitz Castle, Moritzburg Castle and Saxon Switzerland are waiting to be explored by you.
The renovated old building apartment with 200 square meters on the second floor of a historic town house is ideal for overnight guests traveling with several people. It offers enough space for 10 people and can easily accommodate a further 5 people.
Free parking is available on the street in front of the villa.
