“The staff was good about switching my room when the first room wasn’t suitable for me. Breakfast was good. The issues I encountered were the death trap shuddering elevator, my keycard not working after day one as it was programmed wrong , and the door to the pool area does not open with the key card. I saw many others trapped out there until someone opens it from inside the hotel”

“Very short-staffed team trying to handle everything instead of hiring more people. The gap between the door and the floor is too large, allowing light and noise from the hallway to come into the room all night. The cleaning was excellent, but we found the coffee maker very dirty from the previous guest.”

“Breakfast was excellent, great shuttle to cruise port, bed comfortable. The only issue was road noise. The hard scape on the buildings made the noise worse, but there is nothing that can be done about that. If we were taking another cruise out of Tampa, we would stay here again.”

“The large suite had a spectacular view with floor to ceiling windows facing Tampa Bay and downtown. The front desk staff was very helpful, but we saw no other staff. Amenities were sorely lacking. Neither the rooftop bar or and lobby cafe were open. The coffee pot in the room was dirty from prior guest.
The room was clean, but maintenance was lacking. The bathroom light flickered, the shower plumbing made loud hammering noises while it was being adjusted. Parking at the hotel was full. Had to...

“Had a medical emergency with one of the family members in the hospital stayed two nights wanted to get my third night back. They said I could not. I will never ever use. “All was fine, except they charged me a day I didn’t stay, due a flight delayed and I called that I was going the day after very early. I went the day after 7:00AM and they rent my room to another person, and I have to wait until 11am that person did the checkout and the staff clean my room, the room I was charged that day. They also charge me with $100 fee for cleaning, and the only day they have clean my room was the day I came to the facilities the other 3 days (all my stay) they didn’t clean...
