Central to local tourist attractions : Beverley, York, Castle Howard, North Yorkshire Moors and the East Yorkshire Coast.
The space
Situated just off the village green and a 'stone throw' (next door!) from the popular Wellington Inn pub, which serves great food as well as a good pint and also has a take away service.
Bedroom 1 & 2 contain super king beds (one of which can be converted to two single beds), bedroom 3 contains a king-size bed. Bedroom 1 is complete with a copper bath and over the bath waterproof smart TV. All bedrooms are en-suite bathroom and all 3 contain showers. Guests are provided with towels, robes and slippers.
Large open-plan lounge and dining room with inglenook fire place, great for gatherings and parties, all tastefully decorated in Zoffany print wall paper, with lots of atmospheric lighting.
Large kitchen which opens out onto the extensive garden via bifold windows. The kitchen contains an electric AGA as well as and electric oven and hob, dish washer and fridge. In the centre of the kitchen is a central island, as well as casual seating for that morning coffee. The large utility room/ cloak room contains a washer and dryer and large upright fridge/freezer. An extensive garden looks onto the village church. The enclosed private garden includes a 6 person round hot tub patio, extensive patio and outdoor dining table for outdoor eating, as well as a BBQ and pizza oven.

Cottage has own car park. Access to Beverley and surrounding areas on a bus from the village.
