“Breakfast not worth it. The building is old, so clean for how old it is, I think? Things are just kind of falling apart, the toilet felt like it was going to come off the floor, the towel rack did fall off, but the jetted tub was in great shape and lovely so could have been a newer addition. “Nice location on the island. should consider tv's as there's not much to do after dinner. most of the stores/restaurants were closed mid week during out stay.”

“It was a clean simple motel stay with excellent water access and a nice view of Fisherman's bay Only complaint was our upstairs neighbors were a bit loud (I suspect they were locals) but we were off-season on a Friday night, it was fine.”

I also thought the small metal tray attached to the wall was not a good replacement for a night stand.
