“Inside was great. Clean and in great shape. Beds were comfortable. Nice hot water. Good for 2 couples. Easy access to major highways (183) so access to local shopping or downtown is a breeze. 25 minutes to COTA.”

“Overall, the condo was nice. However, the big disappointment is that the shower drain did not drain properly and the shower floor would fill and flood into the bathroom within about 5 minutes in the shower. To me, this is just about as bad as staying somewhere that the toilet doesn’t work in. To stay in a place this nice, the expectation would be that at least those basic necessities work flawlessly. Very disappointing and I’m not so sure that I would stay there again.”

“The check in process was greag and easy. The room had bottles left in cabinet over fridge and their was an empty bag of ice left in freezer and garbage disposal does not work ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The space itself is clean, but nothing flashy. Your location is perfect to access Barton Springs, the greenbelt, and the rest of Austin. It was easy to enjoy most of what Austin has to offer with experiencing as little traffic as possible. As an active family traveling we also really appreciated access to the washers and dryers on site. The hosts communication was great too. We definitely would consider staying again.”

“We enjoyed the property. The view is fantastic and there are some good restaurants in the area. The lake water is low but Cynthia helped us to find a place to put in our jet skis. Unfortunately, we didn't get as much time on the lake as we would have liked since our dog barked when we left him alone one morning so we spent the rest of the time with him. Cynthia was really good at communicating with us. We would definitely recommend this property.”
