“We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. ”

“We had a great stay. The free breakfast was good. When you book they need to give you directions,
such as after last roundabout on A40 from Hwest drive 5 miles and turn right. There are no signs on A40. Katy the receptionist is AWESOME. Katy informed us of some great off the beaten path places to go.”

“The rooms were lovely, warm and clean. Having a dog bed and food bowls was a lovely touch. The fridge was useful and we have plenty of space. The bed was very comfy.
We really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the fried bread!! The staff were amazing, we wished we could have stayed longer! ”
