“Surfaces and dishes were clean but there cobwebs everywhere. Host didnt leave the property until 9:45pm. Check in was 3, we arrived at 4:30, left and came back around 7:30pm. We waited around outside for a few hours before sitting on the couch to wait. It was awkward. Matresses were old and some bed frames were not sturdy. My adult son slept on the couch, as his bed frame was horribly bowed.There was a pretty horrible, unidentifiable smell that stayed on our clothes until we washed at home. The...

“Location is amazing. So close to town, but far enough out that it is peaceful and sooo beautiful. SUCH a treat to have a private space on the river to enjoy and relax. Beautiful grassy yard and gorgeous views. It was the absolute perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine and listen to the water. There isn’t enough room in this review to describe how much we enjoyed it!! Wish we could have stayed longer.”

“This was a great place for a family gathering. The house is an open design so that the 10 of us could all be together watching TV or eating and playing games at the dining table. The kitchen in is superb and all the furnishings are tops end, clean and comfortable. A bonus was the on site host treating the kids to feeding the sheep. Epic outdoor views surround the property which can be had on foot or in the hot tub. It was a great time!”

“We rented this home for our son’s graduation from UM and it was simply perfect. An incredible, quiet hideaway by the Blackfoot river, yet still close to town and the campus. We had plenty of room for kids, two sets of grandparents, and the dog - and we didn’t want to leave!”

“My family and I attended a large event in Missoula and were very happy to have a quiet place to land in the evenings, outside the hubbub of a busy town. It's an easy 20-25 minute drive from the cabins to the center of Missoula. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and cool on the warm day we arrived. Lisa met us and was very friendly, offering any assistance as needed. We had all necessary amenities, and the large, covered front porch was very welcoming. Highly recommend.”
